bhive design's principle designer and owner, Karen Bigiel is a minimalist at heart, committed to pursuing sustainable practices.  Karen has a rich background in corporate and commercial design spanning 20 years and paused her corporate career from 1997 and 2012 to focus on smaller residential projects during her children’s early years. Passionate about all aspects of design and eagerness to pursue her own path led to establishing bhive design in 2013, to collaborate with contemporaries, designing residential and commercial spaces inclusively.
