bhive design's principle designer and owner, Karen Bigiel, has a rich background in corporate and commercial design spanning 20 years. Pausing her corporate career from 1997 and 2012 Karen focused on smaller residential projects during her children’s early years. Passionate about all aspects of design and eagerness to pursue her own path led to establishing bhive design in 2013, collaborating with contemporaries, designing residential and commercial spaces inclusively.
