Southwest-facing vistas overlooking the "beaches" of Lake Ontario, an extensive art collection, a passion for primary colors, and clients inspired by the culinary arts was the inspiration for this NKBA, award winning project, in collaboration with Fishee Designs. The renovation involved a complete redesign of the existing space, including a new kitchen, combined living/dining areas, a principal bedroom, guest room/office, three bathrooms, laundry, and his-and-hers closets. The primary goal was to create an inspiring home that our youthful, 70-something, clients can enjoy as they age in place.
