Southwest vistas overlooking the "beaches" of Lake Ontario, an extensive art collection, a passion for primary colors, and clients inspired by the culinary arts was the inspiration for this NKBA, award winning project. This collaboration project with Fishee Designs involved a complete redesign of the existing penthouse, which includes a new kitchen, combined living and dining areas, principal bedroom and guest room/office, three bathrooms, a laundry, and his-and-hers closets. The primary goal was to create an inspiring home that our youthful, 70-something, clients can enjoy as they age in place.
