This award-winning farmhouse renovation began in 2017 to realize the client's dream of a "home away from home." Central to this casual living style is a passion for family, inspiration from country life, and making the most of the surrounding property. The key requirements for renovating the exterior and outdoor spaces included "clean lines, low maintenance, and family-friendly features," with the primary focus being to highlight the logs as the focal point. bhive design conceived the design concept, finishes, and furnishings for the outdoor living spaces, including the cabana design and exterior facelift. CAD drawings, detailing, engineering, and construction were executed by Whispering Pines Landscaping. This phased approach to transforming the property allows us to reflect on the benefits of quality contracting and exceptional design. The true satisfaction comes from seeing these spaces well-lived-in long before we capture them in photos—it still takes our breath away, and we remain thoroughly inspired!
