A peaceful sanctuary in the heart of North Toronto, this project was the second phase of a backyard renovation. The project scope involved the design build renovation of a one story garage into a garden suite with loft and landscape design with garden lounge. The suite includes a living room with sofa bed, small kitchen that seconds as a bar for garden entertaining, a bathroom with separate entry for shower access when using the spa, storage with sleeping loft, laundry facilities and utility space. The design concept is multi functional to accommodate the changing needs of a beautiful family who loves to entertain! The primary goal was to accommodate visiting guests, the owners free spirited, world traveling adult children or a potential rental.....and, on occasion, it's a personal getaway!
